Customer Dispute by Reason Codes Volume Trend

The Customer Dispute by Reason Codes Volume Trend report displays a column chart of the disputes created by all the Customers segregated into reasons. This enables merchant to analyse the important factors of disputes from the Customers and execute preventive actions.

Hovering over the series displays a tooltip of the dispute category and the respective dispute count.

Out-of-the-Box Features

The Out-of-the-Box features and functionalities of the report are as follows:

• Standard Out-of-the-Box Filters - Filters the entire report based on Company Code.

• Kebab Menu - Click this icon to access options such as download, schedule, and mark the report as favorite. For more details, refer to Using Kebab Menu Options.
